Located in a CBD commercial building in Binjiang District, Hangzhou, the project combines a deep understanding of the brand, customized solutions to operational pain points, and creative lighting design to craft a hair salon space that delivers an exceptional service experience.

Innovation:
Breaking away from traditional beauty salon design, the project embraces a philosophy of "design beyond aesthetics." Strategically, the design team took full account of "space traffic" and "refined experiences", incorporating operational thinking into the space design. Architectural blocks subtly divide the space, and the open layout enhances both commercial efficiency and spatial appeal, creating a space that flows freely to deliver smooth consumer services.

Functionality:
The layout is thoughtfully organized, with clear defined zones—leisure area, VIP area, hairdressing zone, and foyer, ensuring seamless, dynamic movement throughout the space. Lighting is a key element, with recessed spotlights and adjustable fixtures combining to create a warm, layered ambiance in the lounge and foyer, catering to both beauty services and social interaction.

Creativity:
The brand's unique visual identity system is integrated into a large area of elegant latex walls, imbuing the foyer with understated luxury, which evokes the ambiance of a fashion runway. Through redefined business DNA and a personalized approach, the design sought to create a distinctive, irreplaceable brand impact.

Eco-social impact:
The design team redefined the space's commercial DNA with a focus on uniqueness, creating a brand experience that is irreplaceable. The harmonious balance of space, materials, and lighting  conveys the brand's unique identity, fostering a distinctive commercial experience. The creation of an "ultimate and unique third-space lounge area" meets the demands of the younger market, seeking to articulate young consumer's lifestyles and values. The space also promotes social engagement, catering to different scenarios. It has been making a positive impact on the beauty industry and the broader consumer experiences.
