FRAME Memberships
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS AVAILABLE?
FRAME offers four plans:
Digital: A subscription to frameweb.com that gives you unlimited access to all of FRAME’s digital content.
Print: A subscription to FRAME’s print magazine, delivered to your home or office five times a year.
Digital & Print: Get the best of both worlds: this value-for-money plan combines the digital and print subscriptions at a discounted rate.
Teams: A subscription to all of FRAME’s content – print and digital – for your full team. This membership offers 5-50 seats. Users will have unlimited access to FRAME’s digital content. It also includes one subscription to FRAME magazine, delivered to your office location.
You can subscribe on FRAME’s membership page or on your personal account page. There, you can choose one of our plans under the tab ‘Membership’.
CAN YOU EXPLAIN MORE ABOUT THE TEAMS MEMBERSHIP?
Our Teams membership is specifically designed for teams, departments and offices. It grants 5-50 colleagues unlimited access to all of FRAME's online content for an attractive price. And you will receive one copy of FRAME magazine (5 issues/year) at your office location.
The price of the Teams membership is €750/year, which includes 5 online seats. Every additional seat is €100. Your company will receive one invoice.
The membership is purchased online and is easy to manage. You assign one person as the in-company administrator. This administrator has access to all membership and billing information and assigns the seats. Upon subscription this person will receive all necessary information.
CAN WE ADD OR CANCEL SEATS IN OUR TEAMS MEMBERSHIP?
A Teams membership grows with your organization. There is always the possibility to purchase additional seats later, as well as to cancel seats.
If you add an additional seat during your Teams membership, you will only be charged for the remainder of the subscription period in the first year. We have a simplified checkout process. Your order confirmation incurs an immediate payment. All seats will be consolidated into your next invoice.
Cancelled seats must complete the subscription period (up to 1 year). The cancellation will take effect from the next year. Please, note that seats can be re-assigned to colleagues during the subscription period anytime, without extra costs. Cancellations and re-assignments can only take place from unassigned seats. The minimum number of seats in the Teams membership is 5.
Assigning, adding or cancelling seats can all be easily managed by your in-company administrator via their Teams account page.
WHAT ARE THE MEMBERSHIP CONDITIONS?
All of our plans are valid for 1 year. The digital membership is activated immediately upon payment. The Print membership begins with the following issue of FRAME magazine.
Prices are listed on frameweb.com. Taxes and shipping fees may apply and are dependent on your billing or shipping location. These are therefore not included in our list prices but calculated upon checkout. There you can provide us with your VAT number.
Every membership is set to renew automatically. At renewal the current price for the plan will apply. Cancellations, upgrades and downgrades can be made at any time via your FRAME account. As all memberships are valid for 1 year and must be fulfilled to completion, a cancellation will take effect from the next year.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY MEMBERSHIP?
For a subscription to one of our membership plans we accept the following payment methods: iDeal, credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Union Pay) and online bank transfers.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Log in to your personal FRAME account page. Click ‘Membership’ to be directed to the User Settings page. There you can find your active or current membership, as well as other memberships that are available to you.
HOW CAN I RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP?
All memberships will renew automatically to ensure that access to our content remains uninterrupted, and to avoid high administration costs. You can find your membership details and date of renewal in your personal account page.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
We do not offer an option for pausing your membership. However, you may cancel at any time via your FRAME account. As all memberships are valid for 1 year and must be fulfilled to completion, the cancellation will take effect from the next year.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE?
Log in to your personal FRAME account page. Click ‘Membership’ to be directed to the User settings page. There you can find your payment history and invoices under the Billing & Shipping tab.
CAN WE HAVE ‘TEAMS’ FOR MORE THAN 50 PEOPLE?
Our Teams membership offers up to 50 seats. We will offer an Institutions membership for larger organizations - like universities and schools - in the future. For now, please email us at service@frameweb.com and provide us with the details of your organization to discuss options.
IS A STUDENT ENTITLED TO A DISCOUNT?
Students can apply for a discount. Please email us at service@frameweb.com and provide us with your details and a copy of a valid student card.

WHY SHOULD I CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH FRAME?
Your FRAME account allows you to manage all your personal data with ease. You can view purchase history and access and modify your membership details, as well as your contact and address information.
WHERE CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS DETAILS?
You can log in to your FRAME account to edit or change your details.
If you have a Print plan, please make sure to update your address details when relocating as soon as possible for uninterrupted delivery of FRAME magazine. Address changes can only be taken into account when made no less than 30 days before the next FRAME magazine edition is sent out.
DO I NEED TO BE A MEMBER?
There are multiple ways to engage with FRAME:
You can visit our website and enjoy up to 3 free articles each month. To access more content on frameweb.com, or to receive FRAME magazine, you will need to become a member and subscribe to one of our plans.
Furthermore, you can subscribe to FRAME’s newsletters and follow us on social media for free news and updates. If you want to subscribe to our newsletter, click here.
You can also participate in the FRAME Awards and submit your work without a subscription to one of our plans. To submit work you need to create an account.
Everyone can create an account. Your FRAME account allows you to manage all your personal data with ease, like update your address details, modify memberships settings, set newsletter preferences and access purchase history.

WHAT IS FRAMEWEB.COM?
Frameweb.com is a digital source of design information. With over 12k articles it’s the largest online library on interior design, updated daily with new articles.
At frameweb.com you will find reportage on the most inspiring projects (under the tab ‘Spaces’ in the menu), sector-based developments and industry trends (‘Insights’), and innovative products (‘Products’).
All projects that are submitted to FRAME Awards are published at frameweb.com.
Frameweb.com is easy to search using the filters in our menu. We also offer a customizable library for saving and organizing content.
HOW CAN I ACCESS FRAME’S ONLINE CONTENT?
To access all the content on frameweb.com, a subscription to our Digital plan is required. Without it, you can read up to 3 free articles each month. After that, you will be asked to become a member and subscribe to one of our plans.
Partner Content and Awards projects can always be accessed for free.
WHY ISN’T FRAME’S ONLINE CONTENT FREE?
FRAME is a small independent publisher that’s been dedicated to interior design since our founding 26 years ago. With our in-house team of journalists and researchers we seek to offer true value in what we publish. Our aim is to empower our global readership with the inspiration, knowledge, and insights that will enhance their design practice. We only publish what we think is relevant and keep advertising limited. We can only achieve this through the patronage of our paying readers. Your subscription will enable us to continue our work.

WHAT IS PARTNER CONTENT?
In addition to our editorial content, we publish articles in collaboration with partners, quality-brands that operate in the interior design industry. Our partners aim to showcase their products and expertise to our audience of professional designers and architects. We believe it is relevant for our audiences to stay informed about what these companies have to offer.
We receive payment for these articles. These articles are always labeled as Partner Content. The revenues help us to sustain our organization, to create specialized content and to keep our memberships at affordable rates.

WHAT IS FRAME MAGAZINE?
FRAME magazine is the first and leading global magazine on interior design, founded more than 25 years ago. Its print publication is packed with inspiring projects, products, research-articles, interviews and more – all centered around themes we believe are shaping the interior design landscape. With FRAME magazine we aspire to bring you a space for significant reading, discovery and enjoyment of design.
FRAME magazine is sold in bookstores around the globe.
HOW CAN I SUBSCRIBE TO FRAME'S PRINT MAGAZINE?
You can subscribe to FRAME’s print magazine by logging in to your personal account. There you can select our Print plan for a subscription to FRAME magazine. Or select our Digital & Print membership for a subscription to both magazine (print) and frameweb.com (digital), at a discounted rate.

HOW WILL THE MAGAZINE BE SENT?
As a FRAME magazine subscriber (member), you will receive all print issues in protective packaging via regular international mail, five times per year. The membership includes shipping within the EU; a fixed contribution is charged for addresses outside the EU, to cover the higher mail costs (we ship from our warehouse in The Netherlands.)
We do not offer special mail services as part of our membership – like track & trace and express, delivery to pickup locations or PO boxes. This keeps membership prices at an affordable rate.
(Please note that when ordering a single issue of FRAME magazine shipping costs will be calculated for all regions.)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR FRAME MAGAZINE TO ARRIVE?
FRAME magazine is published five times per year. The delivery time will depend on your location. On average, our print magazines arrive at the destination address within 3 weeks of the publication date.
ARE FRAMEWEB.COM AND FRAME MAGAZINE THE SAME?
FRAME magazine and frameweb.com are complementary yet unique. We know from our readers that our two products are used differently, and we adapt our content to these needs.
One is a beautifully designed magazine, delivered at your doorstep, aspiring to bring you a space for significant reading, discovery and the enjoyment of design. The other is a digital source of design information, updated daily and easy to search, with a customizable library for saving and organizing content.

Books and Magazines (single issue)
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
For online orders, we accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, iDeal, BanContact/MisterCash, Sofort Banking, Maestro, Giropay, PayPal and online bank transfers.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is complete. This email contains your invoice. If you create an account while checking out, you can also log in later and view your order history and invoices (under the tab ‘Billing & Shipping’ on the User Settings page).
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING OPTIONS?
In the case of books and single magazine issues, we will send your order via UPS. Kindly note that discount codes do not apply to the shipping cost, only to our products.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Frame Publishers attempts to fulfill orders within 2 working days of receipt. For books and single magazine issues you can expect your delivery within 5 business days.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY OF FRAME PUBLISHERS?
If you have changed your mind and would like to return your product, please contact Frame Publishers requesting the return within 30 days. Include your name, order number and order date in the email to service@frameweb.com.
In response, we will inform you how to return the product. FRAME will not reimburse postal and shipping costs for any return. When returning items, adequate insurance cover and proof of posting is strongly recommended, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels damaged or lost in transit.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. HOW DO I RETURN IT TO FRAME PUBLISHERS?
If you receive a defective product (book or single magazine issue) you can return it to FRAME immediately. We kindly ask you to contact us by email at service@frameweb.com, requesting the exchange of the product. Please sent us a photo of the defective product upon arrival and enclose your details (name, address, order number and order date). In response, we will instruct you how to return the item and send you a new product. FRAME will cover the postal costs for return.
