Located steps from Madison Square Park and among celebrated neighborhoods such Gramercy park, Union Square and NoMad. The space that our client took was originally zoned and white box hand over as retail space.

The project took from start to finish little over 19 months majority of the time and budget went into the infrastructure of getting the space build out for restaurant use including getting gas line up from basement to the space.
