The design concept for the space is inspired by the word movement. When viewers watch a video, they expect it to move — but what happens if it doesn’t? What occurs between one "PLAY" and the next? Is it a still image? A single frame? And what if movement is triggered only by the viewer's presence in the space?
In an age where digital media moves continuously, we posed a provocative question: What happens when motion stops? The answer lies in a spatial experience where the architecture itself becomes a metaphorical PLAY button. Movement triggers activation — lighting, visuals, ambiance — while stillness pauses the experience, encouraging mindful presence and dynamic participation.
In this experimental interior, the space itself becomes a PLAY button, activated by the movement of people. When they are still, the space pauses; when they move, the action begins to unfold.
The functional layout follows a unique visual grammar, developed from the company's brand identity. We crafted a structural language where the individual is represented by rectangular shapes, collaboration areas by circular forms, and the spaces in between by triangles. These shapes correspond to a single frame, a camera roll, and the iconic PLAY button, respectively.
By introducing a slight angle to each table in the open space, we created a distinctive form that allows users to experience privacy while also enabling team collaboration when needed. By encouraging motion and interaction, the space fosters community, well-being, and a deeper connection between people and place.
Innovation is at the core of this project. Integrating responsive sensors and kinetic installations, the design transforms users into co-creators, blurring the line between passive observer and active participant. We designed screens that react to movement and communicate with each other, creating a space that feels continually alive — evoking a sense that there are no limits at all.
Taking an eco-social approach, and considering the company's hybrid nature and commitment to a strong work-life balance, we designed a space capable of adapting to every situation. Meeting rooms can accommodate varying numbers of people through the use of movable partition walls, creating flexible areas for both work and relaxation — you choose. We aimed to create a space that adapts to its users, not the other way around.
Driven by creative storytelling, the space is both a narrative and a stage — where architecture and behavior script one another. Design is no longer static; it breathes and reacts, emphasizing that progress — like film — is made one frame at a time.
