Creativity
The green design by Makers Of Sustainable Spaces (MOSS) is inspired by flora native to the Azores, an island region in Portugal. Scientific data elaborating upon the positive effect of nature for our physical and mental health informed the final selection. White surfaces and a minimalistic wooden walkway complete the peaceful setting. Guided by the planting scheme, the 12th floor mezzanine organically unfolds around the freestanding core offering panoramic views of the indoor park and the city. Subtropical meeting place
Functionality
Equipped with workspace, meeting center and café, the lush green park on the 11th floor offers a vivid contrast to the office environment. This is where employees come together to unwind, brainstorm or attend an event in a unique ecosystem overlooking the city.
