Canban is a professional oral care brand founded in 2018. In order to meet the development of the enterprise, LZA was entrusted to conceive its headquarters office in Shenzhen.
Innovation:
The design balances ease and seriousness, upgrades the visual experience of traditional offices, and blends comfortable functional combinations with the youthful character of the brand to create a highly creative office space. The office design for the oral care brand catering to young consumers features unique innovations.
First, decorative elements with large areas of colors create a fashionable look to the office. The color blocks infuse a sense of vitality and youthfulness to the space, and break the visual monotony of a traditional office space, attracting the attention of employees and clients. In addition, color coatings are applied to a decorative array of brand logos. The design cleverly integrates the brand image with office decorations to highlight the personality and uniqueness of the company. The logo array not only improves the brand awareness, but also brings creative and fashionable elements to the company.
Creativity:
In the reception area, a long bar is designed to enhance communication and a living atmosphere. The public leisure area can be used as a place for exchanges and meetings, or as an open reception area. The different functions of the public area are organized in an open form, surrounded by the central sofa area. The dining area is shaped by different combinations of furniture. A water bar provides a space for employees to take a break from work and socialize. They can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea by the bar counter while exchanging ideas with their colleagues, an effective way to improve teamwork and creative thinking. The café-style design not only meets the daily needs of employees, but also creates a relaxing and delightful working environment.
Functionality: In the post-pandemic era, the boundary between corporate office and home office has been further broken. Because the enterprise has higher requirements for work modes and life scenarios, the design aims to bring relaxation, comfort and youthfulness to the workspace. A stylish workplace became the primary purpose of design. By re-conceiving the office space, personnel habits, and spiritual needs, the social space scene is upgraded to meet the office process and working methods required by the company.
Sustainability: 90% of the employees’ desks and storage drawers were old objects moved from the company’s old office. Through using old furniture, especially the staffers’ desks and storage drawers, the office’s resources are effectively reused. This lowers the demand for new furniture and reduces the consumption and waste of resources. The reuse of old furniture not only saves cost, but also generates less negative impact on the environment and contributes to sustainability.
