The Campari Group North American headquarters was designed to help attract top talent and better align the company with its business partners, the majority of which are on the east coast or in Italy. Campari leadership and employees were involved in visioning sessions, workshops, and interviews to guide the workplace design. The result is a convergence of hospitality, workplace, and brand design that symbolizes Campari’s tag line, “Toasting Life Together.”
Guests enter into a branded blue suede covered elevator lobby accented by brass Campari signage. Two doors, fit with Camparisoda-shaped handles, lead to the c-shaped Concierge espresso bar that displays Campari’s brand portfolio. The Fortunato bar, below, is connected through a dramatic double-height atrium and framed by brass shelving and a 16-foot-high custom wood mural, inspired by the artist Fortunato Depero’s original on the side of the historic Campari factory in Milan.
The workplace is 100% open plan with a variety of huddle and meeting spaces with tackable/writeable walls. “The Academy,” Campari’s bartending training center, serves as an innovation lab for master Camparistas and brand ambassadors to showcase new craft cocktails. A product library space displays past iterations of Campari’s bottle designs and current products.
