Even more, in this moment in time there is a strong need to personalize each experience; customers today are asking not only for products, but also for tailor-made services and experiences. Based on these simple considerations, the idea of Papilla Colors ice cream parlor project was born.

In a layout built on a functional and logistical level for better service management, there is, above all, the need to give a different impression to the customer entering the space. The proxemic approach to this space modifies and activates the senses, this becomes relevant, as a matter of fact fundamental, as the sensations experienced by the customers will influence the entire purchasing process that is about to be lived and, consequently, the subsequent memory that will generate lasting loyalty by also passing it on to other potential customers. For this reason, the project is developed to ensure that, even before walking into the actual space, one can already get in touch with the idea that surrounds it; firstly by satisfy the eye with their fresh and bright colors of ice creams, slushes, milk shakes, and toppings.

Then, as you approach Papilla Colors ice cream parlor, you can already see their colors that invite you to enter, taking the customer by the hand and accompanying them inside and throughout the shopping experience. Once order is placed, followed by the consequent making of the chosen delight, and check out is made, the customers will look at what is about to be tasted, and will indeed find, in the product, the kaleidoscopic joy that attracted them and brought them into this new experience.

From the executive point of view, the project was carried out using the windows of an old existing ice cream parlor, joined and incorporated into a single white Corian counter, while the internal and external envelope was designed as most functional to the project, fun and colorful through simple and fast applications in adhesive film, coated aluminum, cardboard and printed forex. The color seems to come out of the products, ice cream, slushes, milk shakes and toppings to color everything in their path, the architectural elements but perhaps also the soul of those who walk it, making them come out satisfied and certainly even more cheerful.
