DPD Office Headquarters 3.0 progresses through three strategic phases—transitioning from enclosed individual units to open collaborative zones, culminating in today's customized multimodal workplace ecosystem.
Traditional office configurations are being redefined, making way for workspaces that prioritize open sharing, circular inclusivity, and sustainable biophilic integration. Within this environment, designers no longer operate in isolation. They transition effortlessly between focused work states and organic engagements, maintaining vital connections with colleagues and their surroundings.
The spatial configuration establishes an autonomous workflow circuit specifically engineered to catalyze spontaneous interactions and intellectual cross-pollination. This layout grants design professionals unprecedented flexibility to curate their work settings according to individual workflows, project requirements, or personal spatial preferences.
The L-shaped configuration strategically organizes four functional zones: Brand Cognition, Creative Incubation, Social Nexus, and Prototyping Labs, establishing a holistic identity development cycle. These spatially interwoven areas eliminate traditional office compartmentalization through permeable boundaries, cultivating a collaborative creative ecology.
Designers activate spatial continuity through transitional thresholds, accommodating contemporary work patterns requiring varied collaboration scales - from intimate team huddles to cross-disciplinary workshops. This fluid typology not only enhances interpersonal dynamics but elevates meeting productivity through context-sensitive spatial performance.
"Fusing art with nature" has always been the heart of our design philosophy—and in this new office environment, that vision is finally brought to life in its fullest form.
In the new space, we establish a unified visual connection to build a perceptible brand image. Designers delve deeply into artistic perception and expression.
The main visual expression of space is the designer's dissolution and transfer of artistic consciousness. In this state, the consciousness of artistic creation is no longer limited to specific thinking frameworks or logical structures, but can freely shuttle between reality and imagination, rationality and sensibility.
The natural texture of wood, artistic coatings, vibrant green ocean panels, and elegant marble, along with the exposed industrial structure of the building, weave together the unique style of the brand.
Glass windows bring outdoor light into the interior to ensure a transparent sensory experience during office work, while incorporating a people-oriented sustainable lighting concept. Implement low-energy lighting based on daily usage habits and introduce systematic desktop lighting design to make the space more flexible during use.
