The recently opened corporate museum of STIHL, the STIHL Brand World, offers an exhibition area of 1600 square meters and is architecturally oriented towards the forest and nature. On three levels, it focusses on the almost 100-year history of the company and its products, but also on the forest and forestry.
The centre of the "Emotion" level is the exhibition area "Fascinating Forests”. Visitors can experience the relevance of the forest for our planet and how forestry work can be sustainable. Highlight of this level is a 360-degree forest cinema on a rotatable platform.
The "Vision" and "Innovation" levels show the history of the company and its products. The exhibition provides easy-to-understand insights into the topics of sustainability, quality, ergonomics and safety as well as production processes. An accompanying digital smart guide in German and English supports the interactive tour through the exhibition areas.In the STIHL TIMBERSPORTS® area, visitors can immerse themselves in the extreme sport at four virtual reality exhibits and a hands-on station. There is also a café, the STIHL Brand Shop and an exterior stage for speeches, events and product demonstrations.
