NCDA is an architectural design studio based in Hong Kong. We cover the full design remit encompassing interiors, bespoke furniture and innovative products. We’re interested in developing creative projects that reinvent the experience of space through meaningful connections, focusing on engaging though storytelling, developing new ways for people to interact with their world and each other. For us, storytelling is the art of inspiration. Our projects exist at the intersection of art and architecture and help start creative collaborations, stimulate interesting conversations and deliver projects with their own visual identity that tell a unique story.

Our studio consists of a diverse group of designers coming from a wide range of backgrounds. We understand the importance of collaboration in design and how crucial it is to get different perspectives. A combination of creatives and technically minded people from different walks of life create an innovative and open-minded atmosphere where we can learn and grow from each other through our exciting projects. We believe that learning and growing as a designer and as an individual are equally important. Our team consists of architects, interior designers, industrial designers and interns working as a team and bringing our individual life experiences together in an attempt to seek out the future of design. The most important quality we see in ourselves is passion. Passion for design, passion for beauty and passion for life.

In every project we attempt to further our exploration and ideas from the past, building on what we learn and developing our concepts from previous projects, constantly striving to better our designs and create the future. As a studio we understand that bold statements and creative experimentation are necessary to define the language of our future cities, making use of old vernaculars yet always looking at ways to improve and innovate. The past holds a beauty and understanding that we are always taking inspiration from while at the same time looking at ways we can create our own visual identity which connects with the present and defines our future.
