This is a new kind of letterpress printing kit for Papertype. Papertype is the paper-made movable type we created by reinventing the historical letterpress technology. As it is made of paper, it is easy to manufacture and light to carry, in addition, its surface can be scratched and cut to leave unique textures on its printed results. We designed this whole system as well as the special typeface for this method, and co-developed the original portable press printer with a furniture design company, enabling us to spread the letterpress experience and joy of typography to more people.
