The Fuego restaurant represents a harmonious blend of Spanish and Japanese culinary traditions, prioritizing the art of fire cooking. This design concept embodies innovation, functionality, creativity, and sustainability. Drawing inspiration from the emphasis on natural qualities of Japanese ingredients and the convivial atmosphere of Spanish tapas, it captures the essence of both cultures.

At the entrance, a relief pattern crafted from stone veneer, reminiscent of dancing flames, pays homage to the restaurant's primary cooking technique. Surrounding walls showcase an arrangement of reclaimed wood scraps, forming a unique pattern that showcase the inherent beauty of the material. The heart of the restaurant lies in its open-plan layout, centered around an open kitchen where patrons can witness the cooking in action. The bar boasts a unique curved structure, adorned with reflective metal panels that conceal the beams and hood, while serving as a visual centerpiece. Striped light adorning the top structure of the bar draw inspiration from the spirited ambiance of Spanish food culture. In essence, this design encapsulates the restaurant's unique character.

By integrating creative design elements, the interconnected wooden scraps used in the surrounding walls exemplify resourcefulness and inventiveness, while the stone veneer walls, specially crafted to evoke flames, showcase a creative approach tailored to this project.

The open-plan layout incorporates a central bar and kitchen, catering to the client’s desire to showcase the cooking process, all while providing versatile seating options. This design not only fulfills practical requirements but also reflects the communal dining culture associated with this cuisine.

Moreover, the use of reclaimed wood in the surrounding walls demonstrates a commitment to sustainability, minimizing waste and transforming discarded materials into valuable features that enhance the overall aesthetic.
