The owner likes to ski and wanted the living space to be very simple, clean, and delicate. He didn’t like when the overhead lighting beam collected dust or the complicated lines in the ceiling. Moreover, he did not like too many complicated lines in the space and preferred clean, simple lines. After constant discussions about the design, we integrated various functional segmentation lines into the space one by one and supplemented them with various materials in order to reflect a snowy scene through the overall color scheme of white and gray. The visual feeling of the space is presented through blocks and surface, reflecting the design principle of simplicity.

The white and gray snows look particularly pure in the golden sun.

The large area of white and gray throughout the space contrasts with the gold and light and express the fresh, innocent beauty of a snowy white scene. The rustic combination of wood adds to the warm and calm atmosphere, without complicated or redundant functions or segmentations of the space. Every aspect of the space is tranquil, like freshly fallen snow that absorbs sound waves so that everything feels pure and calm and peaceful. The blue lines and round decorations are like in a vast snowy white scene, with a vivid image of a person jumping through.
