Our studio took on the core renovation of all the interiors of an 1150 m² listed villa from the 1920s, now inhabited by a family of five. Original building components were preserved and restored wherever possible. Specially designed built-in furniture underline the elegance of the old building while new technical equipment meets the comfort of nowadays standards.
The ground floor was designed to serve a comfortable domestic life as well as official events. At the heart of the family life is the custom-made kitchen with oak elements which create a pleasant homely atmosphere. Using the classy staircase, the residents can access the first floor where the private and family guest dorms are. In the attic, a spacious area with four generous rooms for the children was planned.
Two of them are two-storey rooms with a sleeping gallery and its own bathroom. In the basement, a timeless hamam, a cozy cinema, a fully-equipped gym and a flat for the housekeeping are located.
