It is a family apartment with a master suite and two children’s suites, an entrance hall, a lounge, a dining room and a kitchen. It has been designed in a classic Haussmann style.

Three bathrooms were created and a professional kitchen while there were no partitions. As many Haussmann elements as possible have been preserved, such as the mouldings, cornices and parquet flooring.

In the other rooms we have recreated this language in a traditional style, notably the green marble fireplace and the Haussmann cornices. A glass roof has been made in the kitchen to create a small custom living room area.
