In a standalone building over six floors, we take you on a journey from public to private. Everyone enters through our ‘townsquare’, a lively café in an open, airy space with outdoor access. It’s reception, a meeting space, a kitchen and an event space all in one. A public place for chance encounters.

Dotted on the journey from here on through the building all the way to someone’s personal desk are smaller ‘squares’ that vary in functionality.

'Squares' are mostly built around custom pieces of ‘furnitecture’. A bench wrapping around a wall, morphing into a high table or a sofa. It’s intended to shape space and connect people, provides space for storage, plants and waste disposal.

On the completely private end of the spectrum are ‘cul-de-sacs’. Hidden spaces at the end of corridors that allow for focussed work.

Like any good town, our office comes to life through the unexpected and the organic. Angled walls create sightlines, connect areas and give every space a unique feeling. High quality finishes bring texture and tactility to the office. And the subtle introduction of pastel colours into the fabrics, wallpapers and fittings help identify the floor without taking over.

A healthy approach to work lies at the core of the many activities dotted throughout the building. From yoga to petanque courts and plenty of green outdoor space – all there for our guests and staff to be productive or recharge. Whenever and however they want.
