The Project is the first CBD signing service center for Yuexiu Property’s brand upgrading strategy.With the concept of YUE Lifestyle Gallery,Following a systematic brand upgrading strategy, PONE creates 3 representative ICONs named with letters YUE as initials respectively for the project. 

The goal is to enhance the experience through dialogues with icons and new plots, and the conception consists of three parts:
1 Upgrading service experience of spaces
2 Creating new commercial experience
3 Defining representative ICON

Highlighting visitors’ emotional resonance and value recognition of brand service, the design breaks through the boundary of real estate properties, fully integrating service attributes and commercial attributes of YUE Brand for upgraded experience. Interpreting brand connotation, the representative icons are perceptible objects introduced to facilitate brand upgrading, capture new ideas for commercial property operation, explore an efficient mode of innovative services and upgraded products, and provide innovative inspirations for new business and retail operation in CBD.
