Located on the bank of West Lake, it is mainly composed of three parts: the hall, the private room and the bar area.
It is surrounded by water, flowing through the whole restaurant, and the front hall is the origin of the flowing water. The hidden light source at the bottom of the running water complements the flowing water mist to create a sense of smog, and the landscape animation played on the main screen makes people feel like they are in the landscape. The theme is parrot. A large parrot specimen is placed in the front hall. The designer uses the silhouette expression technique to focus on the outline of the specimen, adding mystery and fascination.
There are 9 private rooms and 9 themes in YEE·CHINO. The interiors of each room are all the artworks collected by the owners. One of the largest private rooms has a collection of 3M*16M calligraphy works. The designer uses 9 long strips of polarized light to evenly illuminate the work. The dining room tabletop has abandoned the way of lighting with the main lights in the past. Instead, it uses anti-glare spotlights to provide focus lighting, and the whole space becomes fresher. The artworks in the private rooms are designed and displayed according to their different positions, presentation methods and outstanding features. Different combinations of light and shadow are used to display the collections to the guests. The lighting of the private room is still based on ambient light to create a quiet and elegant atmosphere.
