Xmind is an efficient, free and professional mind mapping software company. The global headquarters office is located on the super high-rise floor of the Hanjing Center in Shenzhen. Designing Xmind's office space, we hope that it can convey Xmind's values that everything is possible as long as one dares to imagine while keeping guys working comfortably in the space.

The space design is based on an “oasis”. We built a small forest in the entrance area of the office and moved an “oasis” into a high-rise office building. Imagine that staff who work here can go through this small forest for work every day, and their bodies and minds seem to get natural filtration and a moment of tranquility.
The Hanjing Center building adopts an advanced design concept with an external core cylinder, making the office area have a full frame of over 270-degree scenic angle for mountain, sea and city views.

Adjacent to the entrance oasis is the public event salon area. Through the left and right two brand culture display channels, there are two open office areas separately, and shared conference rooms and discussion areas are arranged in the middle connecting the two open office areas. The east end is equipped with an employee tearoom and functional areas, and senior management offices and administrative and financial office areas are fixed in the west end.

The floor uses square carpets after color design to achieve design effects and convenient construction while controlling project costs. The façade and ceiling of the space use latex paint on a large area, and the foyer staircase salon uses composite veneered wood panels,

Under limited budget and construction schedule, the design focuses on creating a common area environment. The entrance area is a place where staff must pass by every day. Through the introduction of the “oasis” concept, fellows working here can also experience the natural environment and atmosphere even at a high-rise building. The public salon discussion area next to the “oasis” has become a best place for internal and external people to collide, exchange ideas and relax.
