Surrounded by mountains, the project is located at the foot of the Fragrant Hill, where the Beijing Royal temples are located. Inspired by which, the whole building is designed as a space composed of a series of spiraling ramps. Walking through a set of basic showroom functions, users can easily go up to the roof to view the mountains and the selling property cross street. Customers are led to the top of the roof with viewing their future home, which greatly improves presentation and sales. In addition to the normal sales office functions, such as display, negotiation, and model rooms, the building also provides a culture place truly rooted in the local syntax. At where the interior and structure meet, the architect put a lot of effort in how to creatively combine a normal showroom with local cultural context, and also to integrate a series of urban culture space in the sales space, such as skating rinks, performance space, education spaces, and dining room, which are very popular with local residents. The red maple leaf of the Fragrant Hill is a famous scenic spot around the area. Large amounts of concrete blocks are used in the exterior and interior of the building. The ceiling is filled with warm-colored wood panels, with profiles that reflect the shape of the mountain surrounded.
