WHITEONE has a total surface of 178 square meters. Architects had to use space wisely to find best compromise between the needs of chefs and the convenience of clients. THESPACE took a comprehensive design of the entire space. The work on project lasted 5 months and the finish itself was less than three months and was also made by THESPACE. The restaurant is located in center of Warsaw in a building added to the renewed tenement house. The assumption of the project was to create a unique place that is a perfect backdrop to dishes served by the chef Paweł Chomentowski. The project used many innovative ideas. Referring to the history of the place, architects decided to use wood, which comes from the pre-war stonehouse. All materials used are fully natural. Lamps turn visitor’s attention to the entrance. The presence of wooden branches and Edison light bulbs is also the original idea of THESPACE. The idea was to create a place that emphasizes the kitchen and has references to the nature and tradition. In WHITEONE almost all furnitures and equipment was designed special for that restaurant for the first time. Not only lamps are unique. The original design of a wine fridge, which has two cooling zones, for white and red wine was also invented by THESPACE. The fridge also consists of steel and glass and was built according to architect's guidelines and investor's expectations. And this not all you can find inside.
