Westlake Dermatology’s Dallas location is finely shaped and detailed. The space transforms a typically clinical environment into a welcoming and hospitality-driven place, providing both cosmetic and medical clients a spa-like experience that is soothing, peaceful, and calm. The shapes found in the human form are the inspiration for this space. Guests are greeted with grand, rounded plaster forms overhead that maximize the tall ceilings and soften the corridor and circulation. Custom cast terrazzo flooring is accented with bronze detailing, a color that is reintroduced in the drapery and reception desk. The reception desks use a radius detail and bronze color, shaped in marble, and have a large marble complementary panel on the wall behind. The walls are highlighted with brass, bronze, and smoke mirror details. Ample daylight fills the common spaces to provide a strong connection to the outdoors, while patient rooms remain cozy and private.
