VyTA Enoteca Regionale del Lazio, is located in a listed building in the heart of Rome, stretching across a four-story townhouse from the late 15th century. It comprises of a wine-cocktail bar-bistrot, a small library at ground floor and a fine dining restaurant with three dining rooms that merge into each other and at first floor. Precious materials such as wood, rose gold copper, glass and velvet enshroud contemporary environments in an intimate and welcoming atmosphere. Decorative claddings with geometric patterns in beech wood contrast with rough concrete walls, while pink copper elements sparkle on enveloping black surfaces in a succession of spaces that merge into each other in alignment with the typical plan layout of the 16th century roman townhouses. Surprising in its strong expressiveness inspired by the early 20th century, the VyTA Enoteca Regionale del Lazio, is a versatile and dynamic venue, where different souls are combined: the conviviality sparked through the ancient gesture of the wine and a concept of hospitality adaptable to every moment of the day fuse in an environment where materiality and light bring to life a universe that poises tradition and innovation.
