The building consists of a ground floor, with a total useful area of about 1,060 m², divided into different uses, the lobby or reception, the Sky bar with three different environments, a Mediterranean restaurant and a Japanese restaurant area and a club lounge. Both in the common elements and in the rooms, natural materials have prevailed, such as fabrics (Naturtex) and oak wood, with indirect lighting both LED and lamps designed to measure also by our studio playing an important role. Its combination with black aluminum elements with cathedral glass, cattail, wooden panels, a balance of tradition and avant-garde, together with the great prominence of natural light, give the Villablanca Urban Hotel a great personality.

The traditional hotel organization is overcome to embrace a new concept: Concept hospitality, Havana meets Casablanca. The fluidity of the spaces is achieved with a Verdejo wooden floor. We have generated a parametric tool for the placement of the pieces, with the aim of creating intensities and circulations in accordance with the different spaces and uses. The nuclear element of the hotel is a Havana atmosphere in its environment located in the lobby and it also unfolds in the aesthetics of the bathroom areas. Rest and waiting areas can be seen, collected with natural plants, which make the environment somewhat more comfortable and fresh, a perfect symbiosis with all the white lacquered wood paneling that dresses the walls with shelves full of exotic decorations, combining perfectly with the retro-illuminated ceilings of enea.

The Sky bar hosts a powerful and urban restaurant concept, inspired by Mediterranean culture. It is sectored by two adjoining rooms, but designed with two different environments. A restaurant with a powerful and transgressive design that immerses the user in a relaxed, lively and creative environment, where the protagonist is local and Mediterranean cuisine; a sensory space, but at the same time with industrial winks throughout. Visible installations can be seen, giant fans located on the walls, embraced with bricks, surrounding the large central bar, a majestic and attractive bar made with a country white marble top and its imposing front made of iron half-rounds painted green. and joined together with brass rods.

The Japanese restaurant area joined to the previously explained room, a room where the visual power of the sushi bar predominates, some sinuous curves that unfold during a section clad in backlit natural oak wood slats meeting a mural of large dimensions of exploded silver mirror on the ceiling; giving this area an infinite duplicity. In the central area of said room, we place an island of semicircular sofas that help us to distribute the premises, for its circulations and to be able to gain maximum capacity; islands of sofas upholstered in carmine red imitation leather that add character to the space.
