Retail marketing agency DFROST designed a unique window for venerable Swiss company, Victorinox, perfectly displaying the 2018 limited edition of the classic Swiss Army knife. The stand-out element of the expressive display is the diversity of the colourfully designed Swiss Army knives. The knives feature various country-specific motifs ranging from the Statue of Liberty in New York to Paris’s Eiffel Tower. These one-off pieces were designed by different individuals around the world who took part in Victorinox’s Classic Limited Edition Design Competition. For the window design, the striking sights from the individual countries were skilfully combined with the colourful playfulness and diversity of the limited edition products. Victorinox’s “globe-spanning” expertise in the area of travel gear was successfully conveyed at the same time, while the innovative luggage collection and its product features were optimally integrated into the overall display. The objective was to draw attention to the centre of the display, thus highlighting the small products. DFROST created a vivid world in which both the limited edition and the travel products were superbly displayed.
