This project is a revival plan for the old community Qiaokou. The project is positioned as the Urban Vanguard Regeneration Art Museum. By reactivating the environment and ecology, community and humanity through art, technology and ecology, we hope to renew the city ‘s spirit and appearance. We weaken the sales experience and create an all-inclusive immersive art space. The concept of community regeneration and future complex are introduced in the story line, and the multidimensional space is a blend of delicacy and force, replacing the evolutionary convergence experience. The Design departs the logical relationship between the spatial dynamic and the theme story, plans out the urban pioneer exhibition dynamic and future life experience, activates the growth effect of urban organic and the regeneration energy of community, combines art images, triggers chemical reactions, calls out viewer's perception fully, taps the interaction potential between people and space, and finally leads them to think about the rapid development of real cities and future trends. The four-level building is like a story, and comes with hi-end city brand exhibition hall, life showroom, real house display area, artistic exhibition and other functional areas. Those relate to historic Changjiang River will reborn with brand new visible sensation. There are three main themes in the whole space: Regeneration & reborn This design will renew the city’s outer appearance. Qiaokou community is a base point, radiating the revival of the riverside zone. Art & Nature This is a tour of natural’s energy start and recurring. Revolution & Thought We persist the refinement and evolution of cultural heritage, respect the natural origin, and also put more attention to design and dig the interaction potential between people and space.
