The cross-border linkage of the three parties, with co-creation, vitality, national trend and movement as the core values, creates a benchmark model flat in the northeast gateway of Shenzhen, innovates and builds a new scene of young people's living community, and provides a more exploratory and feasible shared outcome for the future development of the long-term rental flat market.

The design team has focused on the behavioural characteristics of Generation Z, the new consumption concept and the new concept of life, and opposed the old, stereotypical and typecast flat symbols in the space design. In the intermingled space, the concept of "Möbius Ring" is used as an entry point to convey a friendly lifestyle to the Z generation. With the rise of Chinese fashion and the fusion of Chinese culture, the localised design language with Chinese symbols can better reach the needs of Generation Z. The crossover collaboration between flat brand Po Residence and sports brand Li Ning has given birth to the first Chinese hip IP sports community in China.

The standard basketball court and badminton court, with the Li Ning logo as the backdrop, highlight the spirit of sports, interpreting a new scene of professional Chinese sports experience and creating a healthy sports lifestyle. After work or on weekends, you can enjoy a friendly match with your peers in the community and sweat out your youth.

The first new product line is aimed at Generation Z. By "co-creating" a new long term rental flat with Generation Z, the company upholds the concept of "live beautifully, live beautifully", making breakthroughs and innovations from the outside to the inside, from style to facilities. From one-way input and output to an open composite model, leaving behind the traditional way of thinking, integrating patterns, resources and trends into one, supporting and connecting with each other, the closer the field is to the habits and consumer needs of Generation Z. The outdoor lounge area opens directly to the outside, creating a truly borderless scene and a multi-functional space, with the YOUNG brand symbol attracting particular attention, and the freedom to play in the social scene and event room.

The living room is a multi-functional space that combines a social area, a cloakroom, a storage room and a reading room, all in one room. The table tops are decorated with a wide range of second handicrafts, hitting the softest of hearts in a freshly cleaned space.

The balcony, with the thumping sound of the washing machine, is where you spend your weekends at home. Sitting on the sofa, making a cup of hand-ground coffee, reading your favourite book and looking out of the window, you are in a faraway state of mind. The bedroom is equipped with a bedside table and a small desk, and the sliding doors of the wardrobe are also used to recreate space within the space, creating a natural and open atmosphere.
