Design of Loft VNG 903-The Globetrotter. It's a fusion of (post)industrial architecture and the spirit of early 20th-century modernism.

The interior design embodies the spirit of an imaginary hero. A visionary. A time traveler. A globetrotter. The key to understanding the spatial functions lies in the word "co-create."
The central living area dominates the open space. Along one axis, you'll find the kitchen with a bar island and a spacious dining/conference table. At the end of the central axis, there's a retractable projection screen covering the entire band of windows that overlook the covered car collector's garage.

Our imaginary hero's life revolves around encounters and connections with inspirational figures. Excitement at the intersection of formal and informal actions. From a representative mode, you can easily switch to a club atmosphere with the last rays of the sun.

The openness of the space is the loft's defining feature. Curtains allow for flexible division of living areas without sacrificing the open, airy, and liberating dimension of the place. The built-in section expands the living area and contributes to the space's dynamism. The upper floor serves as an elevated gallery - a bridge. It also includes a guest bed. The bridge hides a walk-in closet and separate rooms with a shower and toilet.

Club lounge. A relaxed atmosphere with sofas, a conference table, and a geometric library. Put formalities aside. Large-format windows, glass doors; at any time, you can move onto the veranda, expanding the space. Red neon adds to the relaxed atmosphere, a memory of a night drive through an unknown metropolis.

The loft's generosity accentuates the placement of the bath/enamel bathtub between the lounge and the bedroom. The Globetrotter, our hero, is a sovereign hedonist and steps directly from the bath onto the balcony, dressed in a robe, enjoying his favorite Boulevardier.

The interior is designed with a variable user program in mind. Our hero relishes his "splendid isolation" in the loft, indulging in intellectual nourishment. An open plan without fixed partitions allows ample room for the flight of thoughts. At regular intervals, the thoughtful loner transforms into the host of salons.

Opportunities for hosting social events in a club format are embedded in the spatial layout. The dining, conference area, bar, and lounge function as an organic whole. Guests feel at the center of the action in every part. For private conversations or a moment of solitude, there's an elevated gallery level. A bridge where you can almost unnoticed oversee all the activity on the floor below.

Our hero is not a dreamer stuck in the past. Recycling and upcycling are synonyms for contemporary elegance. Light-transmitting panels in the dressing area, in the bathrooms, and in the door areas are a model prototype of recycled plastic panels. A demonstration of courage in seeking new solutions. And courage is a trait of our hero, just like jazz on a vinyl record player.
