We were tasked to create a sophisticated and timeless dining experience fusing the inspiration of two sisters (the owners of the concepts) to life and to seamlessly bridge the fashion concept to the emerging F&B to create a wholistic experience.
Although initially inspired by SYMPHONY, the high-end fashion retail boutique and colour palette, Two Café maintains its own distinct identity. As the guest transitions from the SYMPHONY store, they can still sense the same harmony in the airy, light feeling, as well as the celebration of quality craftsmanship.
Two Café at SYMPHONY appeals to the quintessential retail customer. Stylish, fashion forward, discerning; with an affinity for beautiful things and fine quality. The playfulness of the over-scaled terrazzo and the palm leaves sits on a tranquil, pastel base of quality finishing and detailing.
The chandelier over the central counter was a commission from the Canadian artist, Alissa Coe who endeavors to create objects that capture the elegance and strength of the natural world using minimal form and the finest materials and craftsmanship.
