TMB Academy occupies the top storey (13th floor) inside the TMB Bank Headquarters building.
The project required converting from existing TMB Learning Center to the space that features a mix of different functional usages. The main zonal components are Activity Hall, Academy Hall, Computer Training, Breakout Cafe and Branch Simulation -the training area for newly appointed bank officers.
The design is intended to TMB’s mission for creating the place where everyone inspired to think and do things with a constructively different approach to bring out the best performance altogether. With that aspiration, “Creative Park” theme then is adopted as the main concept.
