Located in an ecological and natural site like Feiyun River, the new planning hall not only integrates with the environment, but gets in line with the temperament of the surrounding high-tech enterprises. The iconic architectural form opens up most of the interior space, and the huge transparent surface provides the inspiration for the placement of the iconic form in the interior.

More complex structural support components are set up inside the building. The design integrates the hidden structure with a signature red finish, connecting the top surface to the wall and covering the complex structural system. A number of black equipment slots were made on the red surface to solve most of the lighting and air conditioning equipment.

The remaining exposed steel columns are all covered with natural sandblasted stainless steel. The material's high reflective and low reflectivity properties allow the vertical structure to not steal the visual focus. At the same time of the surface finishing, the designer also installed grooves in the column to install track spotlights, to solve the lighting needs of high places.

The huge cloud shape at the indoor entrance slants out, directly hitting the viewer's visual senses and giving people a deep impression. Spaces in The New Bund become the bridge and medium of interaction between people and visual perception. This kind of intangible space experience is like an ambiguous relationship between the visitor and the physical structure, and the people in it seem to be wrapped in this space by an invisible field. The overall reddish tone gives people a sense of immersion visually, and achieves a harmonious beauty through the balance and symmetry of the color distribution.

In order to avoid large-scale damage to the shape of the oval ceiling caused by air-conditioning equipment and lamps, the designer gathered all the lamps and air conditioners in several holes to form a centralized equipment hole. Additionally, place another oval ceiling on the second floor of the interior to simulate a false floor on the third floor, and want to improve the proportional relationship from the building's exterior facade.

Designers also try to solve the function of going up and down the stairs, at the same time use it as part of the structure to support the second floor. The important support structure in the stairs into a C-shaped structure that fits the finish of the stair shell. Deep inside the building, the planning hall of city model like a ship slowly sailing to the future. The interior of the audio-visual room creates a strong sense of atmosphere through super-scale screens and mirror effects.
