The Jeremy is a 286-key boutique hotel located on the iconic Sunset Strip in Los Angeles.Rising from the southeast corner of Sunset Boulevard and La Cienega Boulevard, the 35,963-square meter two-tower complex includes two restaurants, a private rooftop lounge, pool deck, lobby bar, public space, and a variety of meeting areas including a main ballroom and pre-function space. The project meet West Hollywood's Green Building Program requirements.

Fine aluminum fins clad the layered facades of the two towers, allowing for discrete mechanical ventilation while creating a subdued backdrop for large billboards that contribute to the vibrant commercial energy of the Sunset Strip. The angular massing of the towers is derived from the complex geometry of the steeply sloping site: A cantilever buttress wall allows the building to reach over a seismic setback and capture area needed for the public space, ballroom, and pool deck. A transfer truss allows the clear span volume required for the ballroom to slip under the east guestroom tower.

The unique public space between the two towers is further punctuated by the seamless integration of an urban scaled sculpture by Janet Echelman. The thoughtfull integration of architecture, structure and art in the Jeremy Hotel result in the creation of a dynamic new urban destination at the heart of the sunset strip.
