The BoTree, located in the heart of London’s West End where Marylebone, Mayfair and Soho meet, has been designed to capture the spirit of the city’s “village” life and reflect the prestige of central London. The hotel's design evokes the luxurious but also neighbourhood feeling that can be experienced by strolling around the farmers’ market or stopping at a little café on the weekend.

To realize the vision of “bringing the lane into the building”, The BoTree is designed by emphasizing craftsmanship, consciousness of nature. Rooms & Suites: The BoTree’s 199 guestrooms, including 30 Suites, are meticulously crafted spaces that blend fashion-forward aesthetics with smart spatial planning to redefine luxury living. Inspired by Marylebone's chic and floral-infused lifestyle, each room is a testament to comfort, functionality, and sophistication.

One of the hallmarks of The BoTree's guestrooms is their innovative layout, which eschews traditional boundaries to create open, adaptable spaces. Upon entry, guests are welcomed by a residential-style foyer, setting the tone for the refined experience ahead. Beyond the foyer, double doors unveil a sumptuous dressing room, serving as a transitional space that adds a layer of privacy and luxury. Luxurious materials such as marble, brass, oak wood, and gold accents elevate the ambiance, while fluted glass adds a touch of elegance. The dressing area is a canvas for personalization and flexibility. Translucent sliding doors, reminiscent of handcrafted paper, allow guests to tailor the space to their preference, whether they desire and airy loft-like feel or a more intimate setting. Each guestroom features a custom-designed headboard with floral motifs, inspired by the flower displays found in Marylebone’s specialty shops. The bedroom itself is designed to be a cocoon. A cozy sofa nestled in the bay window invites guests to unwind and take in the stunning views.

A lowered ceiling with a wooden frame defines the intimate living area, evoking the warmth and familiarity of home. The Suites, named after a local street, bears a unique character. Offering unparalleled versatility, these spaces van seamlessly unified into expansive loft-style retreats or discreetly partitioned with sliding panels for added privacy. Inside The BoTree Suite, artificial silk flowers decorate the ceilings, creating an enchanting atmosphere.

In essence, The BoTree's Rooms & Suites aren't just places to stay; they are meticulously curated experiences that celebrate smart spatial planning, luxurious design, and the vibrant spirit of Marylebone. Each space invites guests to indulge in the art of living well, where every detail is thoughtfully considered and every comfort is meticulously provided.
