The BFC Wuhan Super Experience and Connectivity Center is created to be an innovative & immersive space for our client reflecting their corporate vision of "Exploring Forte: A way of seeing the world" and to create greater economic values for the business ventures of Wuhan BFC (financial center) by presenting their corporate visions: to provide their customers with products and services that build a life of good health, happiness and wealth. It is a real estate sale house and a revolutionary retail space emphasizing visitor experience and immersion through curation, content-oriented design, and digital media. The contents relate directly to dream lifestyle, bringing versatility and diversity to the space and turning it into a lifestyle vending machine. In other words, “lifestyle first, real estate sale next". The space is defined by interacting functions of multiple place making, sociability, theater and stage. 1. Four Atrium Stages (Thematical experience): Red carpet front hall, walk-in cinema, a panoramic cinema dedicated to the future and dazzling banquet hall. 2. Seven Connectivity Galleries (Cascading and transitioning; the fun of watching shows from multiple angles) The ritualistic ambiance and museum style circulation surrounded by digital technologies and virtual experience creates a "sanctuary" in the era of consumerism. This project exhibits urban and technological aesthetics, brimming with high-octane, revolutionary, and futuristic qualities. First floor: High-ceiling lobby and a global IP experience hall. Second floor: Real estate sale area with scaled models and open bar lounge. Third floor: Multi-theme VIP rooms, banquet room, conference room, and multi-purpose VIP area.
