Varying functions
The whole space is basically divided into two functional divisions --- work space and conference reception. Focusing on the idea of co-working and co-share, the work space has private offices, co-sharing offices and multifunctional public areas to meet all needs of individual and collaborative working environments.
Exquisite texture combining local context and Western elements
Leisure area comprises couches, chairs and bar counter, which enjoys exquisite texture that combines local context and Western elements to create multiple and warm experience for people. The wood-textured bar counter and the granite background wall create a contrast between soft and hard, warm and cold. The golden linear ceiling lights seem more flexible and vivid under the bare ceiling.
Modular combination
The west wing includes four small meeting rooms and a larger conference room doubled as training room. Acoustic materials are used for noise reduction and sound insulation. The highlight is that the design avoids the stereotypical type of meeting room and audaciously adopts movable glass partitions, which enables the users to re-arrange space freely for different purposes.
Five meeting rooms of different sizes can be paired freely or merged into a large conference room that can hold more people. Varying forms of space bring more possibilities for different scales and types of meetings. Besides, the design redefines the concept of work, making working more interesting as a part of life.
