An office that embodies the accumulation of individuals and the enterprise created by the intersection of lines.

The office is the embodiment of a company born from the accumulation of individuals and the intersection of lines.

The design of the Tokyo office of TENTiE, a company that fully supports the dreams of people who have and enjoy dreams. The design is based on the various voids created by intersecting lines, to which we added various elements such as places to work, meeting rooms, and lounges where people can come and go.

A variety of plantings are arranged to gently delineate these relationships. The plantings will not be merely decorative, but will be a symbol of a company that values the intermingling of personalities. The benches and plantings leading from the entrance function as a waiting area for audition visitors and a free lounge for employees.

The variety of plants gently divides the space, creating a good degree of privacy in each space while blocking the line of sight, and includes the effect of creating a diverse community in each spot.

The entrance counter and a large planting strip that serves as the main symbol are placed in the center of the space, and the spaces with various functions are arranged around it in such a way that the lush green space is visible from almost every location.

The conference room and studio facing the opening is bathed in natural light to promote lively conversation and communication, while the spacious sofa area and warm wooden furniture create a variety of communication styles.

In today's world where remote working is promoted, the air and value that you can feel only by coming here can be felt. The importance of each area is to bring the maximum amount of

The intersection of lines extending vertically, horizontally, and diagonally creates movement and depth in the lines that connect people's movements. It forms a space that evokes the vitality and pulse of a venture company in constant motion.

The space is also gently divided by steps in the leading line from the entrance to the studios, and is meant to be the next `step' for the artists and people working here as they head to the next stage.

Instead of scattering high-class materials within a limited budget, we used materials with economic rationality, such as wood, iron, glass, and pillars and floors that make use of the original frame, and used sound-absorbing materials on the walls, which are normally applied to office ceilings, to achieve both appearance and function, such as the unique expression it has despite its white color and the sound-absorbing effect of the room during vocal auditions, and

By applying unique materials related to 'sound' such as urethane chips to the signage and waist design.

Careful consideration was given to the selection of materials that would unite as a monotone space while subtly highlighting the individuality of each piece.

In this context, the vivid "greenery" of the various plantings, which are biophilic but not merely design elements, expresses the brightness of the workers.

We hope that the movement and communication of the people who use the place will be generated, and that the space will be sublimated into an energetic space with a greater sense of vitality.

Each individuality (Ten) is strongly connected (Tie) and releases great power. The goal was to create an office where individuality is blended and connected to create a synergistic effect, embodying the theme of the company.
