Back-to-basic high quality craftsmanship furnishings and the choice to leave decaying scratched concrete ceiling and walls: all started with the most rough Leftover table, stool and chair series, custom designed to follow up the Owner's concept marking the venue with a continuous cleft around the entire perimeters. Then, to reiterates the rigorous lateral and imperfect oblique band, typical of my brand born in Palermo in 2012 with a distinctive diagonal shape, the flooring presents three types of different wood essences for the spine. To enhance a concept of a sculptural boiserie as another straightforward choice some of the vertical surfaces, fixed with transparent glaze, show the residues of white lined glue from previous tiles. The same irreverence leads to take care of the parquet in detail, laid without interruption for the entire room and the toilets' floor too The informal mood shines in the handmade iron logo which plays with the idea of artisanal tapas, to blend mediterranean fast food with the idea we all are different, unique yet ready to unhinge the ingredients in order to find, however, the outcome of a warm and cold place at the same time. To complete the minimal design of the room the sideboard front-door has been set up with vintage apulian vases, selected ceramic tableware on the shelves, contrasting the steel of the central bar counter, as if was an isle kitchen full of light. Moreover, lighting is made to disappear at the same time to give soft shades.
