Taneya group is planning for many new challenges, and with the philosophy of “no ideas come from just sitting silently”; employees are basically free to move seats and the space was required to be a non-uniform place where ideas can be born anywhere. If you go through the door from the entrance hall, which is only 40cm wide, a huge space with a gable roof spreads out before you that is 53m × 24m with a maximum ceiling height of 5.5m. Located in the center, a steel structure is installed that divides the space into 2 large blocks, which gradually partitions the area. Mainly natural materials are used for the overall structure and all the fixtures, furnishings and displayed ornaments were selected by carefully considering their textures and background stories. Many staff members working outside the company return for lunch and meetings can suddenly start while they are eating in their favorite places. The space that the La Collina project promoted was not just a simple office layout but aimed to create a space that unites people and inspires the imagination by changing constantly.
