The second floor and above were mainly rest areas, creating the quietest resting place for the residents.

Design Concept : Crystal Glass Box

There was a short story: A man in the story liked to collect all kinds of boxes when he was a kid, and put all his precious things into the boxes. Once when he passed by a shopping mall, he saw a crystal glass box through the window display. The twinkling light attracted him to stand in front of the window for long time, but the shop assistant told him that the glass box was not for sale. On his birthday of the year, he made wishes that he would bring home the crystal glass box one day. In the end, he didn't get the box, but he did buy the whole mall, and then he asked his designer to cover all the exterior walls of the mall with shimmering crystal glass walls, just like the crystal glass treasure box in his dream. He was just one of successful men who keeped working hard for his dream.

Successful people in the new era who keep working hard for their families and dreams also hope to have a wonderful home to connect their dreams and family life. Moty’s Team not only integrated cultural essence into design elements, but also catered to the psychological needs of residents. Moty’s team was inspired by the dream of successful people pursuing luxury lifestyle to deliver Crystal Galss Box as the design concept: all dreams setting into each three-dimensional glass box, and expressed these dreams with different materials and different forms of glass, step by step, and then achieved the dream of life one by one. This was the origin of the concept of "glass box".
