The challenge of lighting an existing structure becomes even more complex when the building is a landmark. The Taipei 101 skyscraper, a cultural icon in Asia for over a decade, is a daily visual reference for residents of Taiwan. This lighting project needed to not only satisfy LEED platinum certification and rigorous energy codes, but also fulfill high expectations of both locals and visitors.
