Taking into account the resource advantages of Kunming, this project will be committed to creating a new lifestyle of "medical care+living" to meet the diverse high-quality elderly care needs of more elders in the country. After the completion of the project, Kunming Dianyuan will also become another new tourist check-in point, bringing into reality the dream of Taikang residents of "cool breeze in summer and warm sunshine in winter" for migratory birds and elderly care.

Kunming enjoys the reputation of "Spring City" and "Flower City". With the clean and refreshing characteristics of the Flower City, combined with the overall shape of the building and the transparent glass curtain wall, it tightly integrates indoor and outdoor in space. In terms of indoor design, various visual effects of indoor and outdoor are considered, and simple and large surface processing techniques are used to ensure the overall unity of the architectural and indoor plans.

The reception entrance on the first floor adopts a simple and clean treatment method, using rectangular cement bricks to create an L-shaped main background and washing up and down to highlight the texture of the front side dark green and white stone service desk. The overall wall is made of clean warm white stone, and the texture and details are increased through the different seams and treatment surfaces of the wall.

The sand table area follows the treatment method of the reception area, with a warm white stone wall embedded with an LED screen. The front side of the screen is an integrated circular sand table, and the irregular ceiling above the sand table corresponds to a diagonal curve relationship with the sand table below, embedded with a luminous light film. Due to its proximity to the curtain wall, the overall space has sufficient lighting and is transparent and open.

By using the technique of wall panels, the columns are combined with the wall, and a display area is reserved. The hollowing out treatment ensures that the wall also retains a sense of transparency. The half height wall combined with the cabinet is separated by large blocks, which not only separates the space according to its function, but also serves as a bookshelf display.

Set up a circular water bar in the central area of the second floor, with a floating roof washing light above the bar to emphasize the bar area. The metal hangers below surround the bar, and the bar is designed in combination with the display surface. The walls of the overall space are divided into upper and lower sections, with the upper section cleaned and the lower section painted with textured texture. The walls are separated by wooden lines, adding more layers to the wall. Choose leather furniture that is more suitable for aging on soft furnishings, which is stain resistant and wear-resistant; The overall space is simple and bright.
