Swingers Las Vegas by Zachary Pulman Design Studio reimagines immersive entertainment through a meticulously crafted, multi-sensory environment. Situated at Mandalay Bay on the Las Vegas Strip, the 40,000-square-foot venue merges the grandeur of a 1920s English country golf club with the spectacle of modern Vegas, delivering an elevated crazy-golf experience like no other.
Blurring the boundaries between play, hospitality, and theatre, the space spans three floors with 36 uniquely designed golf holes. These are set against a theatrical backdrop featuring neon LED air balloons, an art-deco-inspired interior, a larger-than-life full-scale English ‘country house’ and forest-themed wallpaper that evokes an 'outdoors indoors' aesthetic. Projection mapping enables dynamic transformations, adapting the space for seasonal changes and events—a sustainable approach to evolving the guest experience without structural overhauls.
A "light-touch" design approach preserved much of the existing interior, strategically reprogramming elements to enhance the experience. The venue’s original infrastructure, including bars, the atrium, and bathrooms, remained intact, ensuring seamless integration of new elements. The entrance hallway, for example, was creatively reimagined by reprogramming its infinity mirrors rather than reconstructing them.
Functionality extends beyond visual impact, facilitating smooth movement between courses, cocktail bars, street food vendors, and entertainment areas. The design fosters social interaction, offering grand communal spaces and intimate nooks, accommodating everything from casual visits to high-energy celebrations. Its adaptability reinforces Swingers’ commitment to dynamic, interactive hospitality.
“This project isn’t just about crazy golf; it’s about crafting an immersive environment that transports guests to another era,” says Zachary Pulman, Founder of Zachary Pulman Design Studio. “Drawing from the allure of the 1920s, Swingers Las Vegas delivers a fully engaging and theatrical experience for guests.”
Designed for both social and corporate hospitality, Swingers Las Vegas caters to private events, exclusive hires, and large-scale gatherings. Its adults-only nature aligns with its premium hospitality focus, offering a sophisticated, high-energy setting for entertainment and networking.
Beyond aesthetics, the project integrates sustainable design choices, incorporating greenery, energy-efficient lighting, and locally sourced materials. This balance between indulgent escapism and responsible design enhances the venue’s lasting impact.
Swingers Las Vegas is the brand’s flagship West Coast location, strengthening its international presence and redefining leisure design. Lauded by high-profile press, including Forbes and The Times, it has been recognised for its bold, immersive approach to experiential hospitality, setting a new benchmark for entertainment venues worldwide.
