Grilling meat over charcoal is a very old and traditional cooking method. SUTIMOON seeks to interpret traditional Korean food culture in a modern way based on this charcoal grilling technique. We sharply refine special ingredients, find compatibility with each dish, and create new variations. We offer elegant and original Korean charcoal dining that combines the wisdom of original taste with a modern sensibility.

SUTIMOON's space serves as a vessel that can contain Korea's traditional and elegant aesthetic values. It is a space where original taste and modern sensibility come together to create harmony between the five senses, and it suggests a direction in which value can accumulate and shine even more over time.

It was drawn based on the fact that the soft light emitted by charcoal resembles a moon halo in the night sky. The name ‘SUTIMOON’ was created by combining ‘Suti’, the Korean dialect word for ‘charcoal’, and the English expression ‘night with a bright moon (moonseok)’. The image felt from the name continues as a narrative to the design of the space. The subtle yet powerful vision was realized through the combination of rough, dark walls and moonlight-like lighting.
