SUSHISAMBA is located on the 51st floor of the St. Regis Dubai, Palm Jumeirah. The venue offers unobstructed, 360-degree panoramic views of the entire Dubai skyline. The striking interior, by a New York based ICrave Design company, is framed by an expansive 3D-printed ceiling installation – intricate woodwork inspired by Japanese and Brazilian weaving traditions.
Warm, deliberate lighting illuminates this masterpiece, while taking care to spotlight the cuisine and limit reflections across the immaculate skyline. At the heart of the dining room sits a theatre-style open kitchen showcasing an energetic robata grill and sushi bar.
The DNA of SUSHISAMBA is based in bold architectural gestures and graphics. SUSHI is expressed through balance and proportion, geometry and nature, nuanced details and natural materials. SAMBA ( Brazilian heritage) is reflected through bright and splashy, warm color tones, bold and exuberant textiles and finishes.
