Construction

This is an installation that embodies the product philosophy of Elica, an Italian company standing at the forefront in the production of cooking appliances, exhibited in the courtyard of Palazzo Litta, one of the most iconic stages in Milan and a magnificent example of Lombard Baroque architecture.

Elica's new product, LHOV revolutionizes kitchens by combining oven, hob, and hood in one, acting like a culinary magician transforming the kitchen ambiance. Its innovative solution reshapes how we connect with cooking, creating a pleasant flow of air and heat. Inspired by the delicate "clouds" formed by warm and cold air colliding, this installation features approximately 1,300 translucent mesh fabric tubes. These suspended from above, subtly colored in some sections create an ethereal flow of gentle hues in the space, reminiscent of 'air' and 'heat.'

Moreover, offering an experience akin to strolling through the clouds, the installation invites viewers to seamlessly merge with its surroundings. Furthermore, as the wind passes through the courtyard of Palazzo Litta, a cluster of tubes moves softly and gently, creating an elegant immersive space of air and warmth.
