Inspired by the delicate imperfection and tactility of handcrafted objects, new SOFI store celebrates the work of the hands. Composed mostly, by hand, from small scale building elements, the space is defined by a central blue volume of fire-clay bricks, aluminium linear shelf that wraps the space and utilitarian elements in brushed steel. The rhythm of the sky blue volumes plays out in the central position, inviting visitors to touch, explore and interact. This is where the sensorial journey starts, with textures and tactility.

Paired with the custom-made linear light above, it anchors the space at the center while other elements gently inscribe the store’s perimeter. Linear aluminium shelf rests on the volumes, and along the walls and windows it takes visitors through the space, products and signature SOFI scents. The industrial aesthetics of elements in brushed steel sharpen the softness of the textured walls, floors and blue monoliths and bring the awareness to the clean, simple and minimalistic beauty routines.

Textured walls materialize as a soft background for projected images and ever-changing daylight that connects the interior with the neighbourhood. Carefully positioned reflective surfaces highlight the interplay. Every detail resonates with the idea of a more slow-paced approach to health and beauty.
