Snowflake offer inspired by nature's dessert. This project reflects the core idea and value of S.N.O.W. remaining intact, which has driven the brand vision and mission since 2009.  Simple is about delights from all; natural is about bringing the best out of nature; origins is about the single origins of ingredients; and wholesome is about the experience.

Snowflake is located within a dense urban environment: a busy tourist mall sited on an open-plan site with sweeping 360-degree views from near and far. The strategy in maximizing exposure to these advantages was a central organization as the solution in the planning. Having the main bar takes the lead, with services and operation sustainability efficiency in mind; this provides a functional design and art. Adapting to new strategies, the arrangement inline with the mall corridor, visibility, and the structure column suggests that the ordering and queuing circulation were to blur the boundaries to promote an easy approach and a non-intimidating impression. 

"Stay natural" is the mantra, snowflake design expression of nature is in the form of many contemporary elements throughout the space connected to nature, which was the key design directive.  The exquisite ceiling detailing feature is inspired by the 'logo' derived from the snowflake 'True Heart' with a combination of 3 different types of leaf pattern engraving of matcha, grass jelly, and chokanan ingredients for their dessert, which makes farming for the future a force for good and worthy causes towards a more sustainable lifestyle. It also serves as a landmark and low-energy luminaire.

Unconventional interpretations of otherwise humble materials based on property predominantly are sustainable in nature, using renewable resources. Main bar fascia is a combination of engineered veneer, leftover travertine stone creatively repurposed, and eco-paint choice water-based car paints that use water as a solvent.

We have to start thinking of patrons' social consciousness of how we would like them to connect together through cloud sitting organization; we provide various settings of seating options to further enhance the core value, services, and experience.
