Luxembourg was still shy in the field of coworking spaces a few years ago, but things are starting to change. Namely thanks to the opening of Silversquare in June 2018. 2300m2 of private and collaborative spaces able to welcome 250 persons, designed by Out Of Office.

The ambition of the project was the creation of a 2.0 coworking concept, to encourage and support the community and assure interaction between the clients.

Our mission consisted in
- the change track: the development of the concept and implementation of their new way of work;
- the interior design: the lay-out plan, the made-to-measure furniture, the mood boards and the choice of the materials;
- and the construction follow-up for the execution of the interior design.

The building consists of 5 levels. 2 floors dedicated to the community and 3 floors dedicated to a diversified working area. We implement a great variety of workplaces to support individual work as well as collaboration, innovation and bonding activities.
