Shugaa,the french style of delicate dessert by Thai chef who created menu and plated dessert that always surprise and amaze people.These become the inspiration of design which can be noticed from sugar element everywhere in this place.The concept of interior design had been researched from the base of sugar which its form is sugar molegules and crystals.From the outside,polygon installation hanging around the front was inspired from sugar crystals.Wood material used in the design together with mint green colour to make it feel warm and earthy.Designers added a dash of modern and luxurary by using rose gold and marble elements.The first zone is for customers to sit and enjoy their dessert,while sitting at the bar they will see polygon shaped wall which is made from the special technique and cause the interesting dimension to the room.We also add the rose gold lighting installation hanging along ceiling and wall.This zone was connected to the upstairs by using spiral staircase which is the highlight of the dessert room. We use the magic of design to invent sugar crystal staircase by arranging acrylic box along the spiral staircase,the iconic of the Shugaa dessert bar. When customers walk to the second floor,they will be amazed by the dessert preparation from chef.Step further to the private zone,ideal and quite place for having dessert while reading or working.It can be rearranged for workshop,opened for dessert workshop,learning community for those who passionated with sweets.
